Training on Leadership Skills for Transformation Held Successfully at Nainital

The two days training programme on Leadership Skills for Transformation from June 10-11, 2017 was a jubilant and satisfying experience for all. The serenity and tranquillity of the Himalayas added to the learning process. The training programme witnessed the participation of twenty enthusing corporate professionals from twelve different organizations, having an average work experience of 13 years. These participants possessed and acute eagerness to learn, reflect and give in constructive peer feedback. The two days churning was guided by eminent experts. Dr. Abhijit Gangopadhyay, Dean Aegis School of Business and Telecommunication, Mumbai; Swami Narasimhanand Maharaj, Monk and Editor, Prabuddha Bharata, Advaita Ashram; and Dr. Shivendra Kashyap, Head and Joint Director, Agricultural Communication, GBPUAT Pantnagar were there to lead the training programme. The inaugural session was presided by Shri Balraj Pasi, former MP and Shri A.S. Mohagaonkar, Plant Head, Bajaj Automobiles Ltd.. The message of transformational leadership was sent across the participants through a series of activities, self analysis questionnaires, group discussions, inspiring talks, peer analysis, leadership style analysis, individual road mapping, yoga and mediation sessions, nature walk, personal counselling, and music therapy. The two days training programme ended on a positive reverberation and rejuvenation for all to work ahead in their respective organisations and spearhead their agenda of transformational leadership.
