Good leaders are proficient orators with inbuilt capability of motivational and persuasive speaking. It is a fallacy that we speak through tongue. Good communication and presentation skills include knowledge skills, analytical skills, listening skills, attending skills, and paraphrasing skills. The training will focus upon oral and non-verbal capabilities of trainees to develop their communication and presentation skills to help them emerge as good leaders.
